- "For our company we ordered a pata negra second year in a row. Last year by failure on failure from DPD Nederland it missed delivery on time and on top went missing by delivering it at a unknown adres for pick up. Found it 3 weeks later, a neighbour wanted to get rid of the package putting it in front of our door, outside, where it sat for 2 of the 3 weeks while the company was closed for the holidays. Luckely not taken by strangers or aten by rodents and cats and dogs. Still the ham was good, very good. Although not their fault, they went out of their way to make up for it and this year, on my request, made sure it wasn't delivered by DPD even though it cut their profit by taking a more expensive delivery firm. Again like last year the ham was absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition. Customer service 5 stars Product 5 Stars"
